Meet Ashish
From Texas, with love.
Ashish Dave is a native Texan, born and raised south of Houston. He attended the University of Texas at Austin on a full merit scholarship, graduating with high honors in Business Honors, Plan II Honors, Finance, and a Business Spanish certificate. After graduating, Ashish worked with executive leadership teams across the public and private sectors on transformation, board/executive strategy, and growth projects. Recently, Ashish led the development of the Greater Houston Partnership's regional Resilience and Talent & Economic Mobility initiatives. Ashish continues to volunteer with the YMCA's Youth & Government program to encourage youth civic education.
Ashish learned the value of hard work from his parents, who met in the United States as students with little to their names. Their story inspires a values-driven life of purpose and service. Ashish hopes to pass on the opportunities afforded to his family to native citizens and future immigrants, alike.
